Zy and Raven again. I love these two.

I was searching 'eros and psyche' on DA, and came upon the sculpture by Canova again, which in turn, inspired me to want to do yet another eros/psyche picture since the marker one was crap. And it's tradition. I did one every year... except last year apparently.

I started drawing this at three in the morning because SOME IDIOT who was probably wasted drunk decided pulling the fire alarm was a fun thing to do and have everyone evacuate the building. It happens in dorms. After the first time I know to bring my paper along to doodle while waiting to get back into bed.

I HATE IT when people do things like that.. :l I haven't seen anyone do something like pull an alarm yet but like a month ago some one made a bomb threat to the high school I go to which ended up having everyone stand in the freezing rainy weather and then finally we were able to stay in a building after around 25-30 minutes. Bah.. I hope you were able to get a good night's sleep afterward. :hug:

The colors look so heavenly! I especially like how it gets lighter as it goes down. The hearts are a nice touch, and THE WINGS. they're all bright and radiant. They both look so lovely here, I reallllllly like the expressions, yes I dooo. <3 *O*

Artistic liscence.

I've had Zy around for more than three years now, so his design is pretty much stable. But sometimes it's fun to mess around. =D
